Older cancer patients face complex treatment decisions, but the crucial conversations about their goals and preferences are often challenging for both patients and healthcare professionals. This study explores using a health outcome prioritization tool (OPT) to systematically support these important discussions about treatment goals and preferences. The research aims to test the feasibility of this approach across different countries, cultures, and healthcare settings in a multicentre study.
